Simply 7OH Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Simply 7OH Affiliate Program! By signing up and participating in our program, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before applying.

1. Eligibility & Application Process

  • You must be 18 years or older to participate.
  • Affiliates must apply and be approved by Simply 7OH before receiving an affiliate code.
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.
  • Your account must remain in good standing to continue participation.

2. How the Program Works

  • Once approved, you will receive a unique coupon code to share with your audience.
  • When a first-time customer uses your coupon code, you will earn 15% of the sale amount in store credit.
  • Store credit is held for 30 days before being available for payout. This ensures the referred order is not canceled, refunded, or exchanged before credit is granted.
  • Affiliates must accumulate a minimum of $100 in unpaid commission before store credit can be redeemed.
  • Store credit can only be used for Simply 7OH products—it cannot be converted to cash, transferred, or refunded.

3. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

  • Share their coupon code on discount/coupon websites or spam it in forums.
  • Misrepresent Simply 7OH, our products, or make false claims.
  • Engage in deceptive or misleading marketing tactics.
  • Use paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to promote their affiliate code.
  • Promote Simply 7OH using content that includes hate speech, violence, discrimination, or any illegal activity.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations regarding marketing, endorsements, or product claims.
  • Cannot earn commission by using your own coupon code or URL referral link. Affiliates that engage in affiliate fraud will be removed from the program.

Any violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of any pending store credit.

4. Tracking, Payouts & Returns

  • Sales made using your unique coupon code will be tracked by Simply 7OH.
  • Store credit is held for 30 days before it can be redeemed. If an order is canceled, returned, or exchanged, the commission will not be granted.
  • Payouts can only be redeemed once you reach $100 in unpaid store credit.
  • Simply 7OH reserves the right to adjust or revoke any store credit if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5. Changes & Termination

  • Simply 7OH reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the affiliate program at any time, with or without notice.
  • Affiliates who violate these terms may be removed from the program and forfeit any pending credit.
  • Simply 7OH reserves the right to adjust commission rates, change the payout structure, or end the program entirely at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Simply 7OH is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the program.
  • We make no guarantees regarding earnings or the success of your referral efforts.

By signing up as an affiliate, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not apply for the affiliate program.
