Dosage: 25mg of 7-Hydroxymitragynine per tablet
Usage: Place one 7oh tablet under your tongue and allow it to dissolve completely. For enhanced effects, chew the tablet before dissolving for maximum absorption.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Place HALF a 7oh tablet (12.5mg) under your tongue and let dissolve. If this is your first time ingesting a 7OH product, we recommend only taking a QUARTER of a 7oh tablet (6.5mg). Do not ingest more than 1 tablet daily.
Due to unforseen circumstances, I have had to combine both the mint and the unflavored into one review.
If I find there to be drastic differences between the two – I will definitely write those out.
The mint is very strong. Definitely classic mint flavor. Unflavored is….the name gives it away. I prefer the mint because I personally do not like the texture of the tab.
My anxieties went away differently than they often do. I had been anxious, but, felt this urge to get up and do the dishes. Halfway through I realized “wait a second…my anxiety is gone!” Which was such a relief. I forgot even what was making me anxious!
Both tabs worked above average on pain. It didn’t make the pain fully disappear BUT it was NOT pointless to take. It really does still improve your day. Your tab doesn’t have to be the “best of the best” at *everything.*
All the while it was in my system I just felt happy. Happy thoughts especially helped me to see situations differently. Feeling my body not in so much pain made me happy. Being able to socialize with little to no anxiety made me happy.
It is those little things that accumulate, that really build the day up.
And maybe, that’s what this is about. *Simply* 7 oh even says it in its name. Living and enjoying the simple things – and 7OH makes them that much more enjoyable. You don’t have to go on an expensive vacation to be happy. You can sit outside in a chair, while the rain drops hit the ground. You can play with your kids. You can wax your car. Simple things.

Flavor is strong, but not overwhelming. I got them while they were on sale, which is nice to take advantage of…..25mg tablets for the price I got them for seemed to be a no brainer to me, and I was right! I love simply 7oh. It almost reminds me of having a mint in my mouth. Took my pain away 👍🏼
