Please start with HALF a 7oh tablet (15mg) as your dosage. If this is your first time ingesting a 7OH product, we recommend only taking a QUARTER of a tablet (7.5mg). Place under tongue and let dissolve for best results. Do not take more than 1 tablet daily.

The top tab if you ask me, and at a rock bottom price as well. Everyone loves the taste of blue raspberry, and now it’s dye free too!. The shipping was pretty fast given it’s USPS which was nice. The effects from the tablets are great for pain management of course but also provide a fantastic amount of euphoria, energy, mood lift and sedation all at the same time. However assure you respect these 30mg Blue Raspberry’s!, they are very potent and should be dosed appropriately. Ideally in 1/4ths if you are a new 7oh and take 1/4th of a tablet at a time (7.5mg). Those with some experience and tolerance with 7oh should still be safe and responsible and take 1/2 of the tablet (15mg). Slow and steady wins the race with a product as as strong as this one, remember you can always take more if needed for your desired effects. You can’t un-do what you’ve already taken, so dose responsibly. Also assure you are following good practice in regards to your personal health and taking 7oh. Only taking your 7oh for 2-3 days maximum consecutively is a solid rule of thumb. A safe way to avoid potential dependency and tolerance build up is to take 2-3 or 3-4 days off of 7oh after your 2-3 days on it. With all that said, Simply 7oh is my go-to vendor now and these 30mg blue rasperry tablets are for sure my favorite product. The price per tablet is really awesome granted it’s strength. The product itself is great, the customer service seems good and the Youtube clips and videos from the company are both informative in regards to product coming into stock as well as funny with some comedy sketches.

Ordered the 30mg tablets and it wasn’t what I was expecting.. I was straight speedy Gonzales. I use these tablets for pain management and as far as pain management it was 10/10. Flavor was 9/10
Can someone please tell me why it was such a speedy experience? I’ve tried 7ohmz, 7tabs, modus, and a few others an 30mg of these brands NEVER make me speedy. Very little euphoria. But if someone could kindly answer why so speedy? Are the 20mg tabs like that?

It’s like a blue razz party in my mouth! Okay – this is honestly one of THE BEST flavors out there right now.
Smooth onset, a little boost of energy. Clears the mind (yes, even that foggy mind at 5am) and helps you drag yourself out of bed and get your morning routine done.
That pain relief is incredible. This WORKS. I was able to physically handle taking a shower.
As time goes on, it settles into a chill and even a bit of a relaxed state.
Not too sedated, but certainly not FULL of energy. A nice middle-ground.
The mood lift is incredible. It didn’t happen until a bit later on in the duration (1hr-ish in) but when it did, boy was that amazing.

So far some of the best tabs I had yet. With a low tolerance a quarter will get you right. They hit pretty quick with barely any bitterness. I would of have them 5 stars but the razzberry flavor is a bit to strong. They’re not hard to chew and dissolve in mouth well. Just make sure you take T-breaks after 3 days use.

I have been living with chronic pain for 16 years. Went through 6 back surgeries and let me tell you the pain is real. If you suffer from chronic pain you know what I am talking about. Anyway, I decided to look into 7oh about a week and a half ago. I went to my local vape shop here in Texas and I tried the other brands. They were good and they really worked. As you know the 7oh tablets are not cheap. I then decided to try an online vendor and came across Simply7oh. I seen so many great reviews on this product and brand that I gave it a shot. I put in my first order and I have to say, these tabs work better than my prescribed meds. I am not kidding !!!
