Please start with HALF a tablet (15mg) as your dosage. If this is your first time ingesting a 7OH product, we recommend only taking a QUARTER of a tablet (7.5mg). Place under tongue and let dissolve for best results. Do not take more than 1 tablet daily.
I really liked the packaging. It was nice to have the variety so that I could choose the one for me. The melon bliss flavor was just OK but the quality was great. The texture of the tablet is great for splitting the tabs.

I tried a few samples and they were amazingly effective. I suffer from pretty severe leg and ankle pain after years of destroying my body in football and basketball. Every so often after playing golf or just throwing the ball around with the kids, the soreness is so bad I can’t sleep. These end the pain, but no drowsiness or “hangover” effects from traditional pain medications.
