Order Fulfillment and Refund Policy

Once an order has been marked as fulfilled, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to request a refund, you must return the product to us in its original, unopened, and unused condition. Refund requests are subject to approval.

If your refund request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label at no cost. Refunds will only be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected to confirm it meets the required conditions.

Powders

Powder Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our powdered products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds unless the product arrives damaged. Once a powder leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee that it has not been tampered with, making it unsafe for resale.

No Refunds or Exchanges on Opened Powder

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on powders for any reason other than shipping damage. This includes dissatisfaction with the product, potency variations, or personal preference.

Damaged Product Policy

If your powder arrives damaged (e.g., broken or unsealed container), we will issue a refund or replacement upon verification.

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Why Can’t Powder Be Returned?

  • Powders cannot be resold once returned due to potential tampering.
  • Lab testing inconsistencies are common, meaning slight variations in reported purity may occur.

Strips (5-Pack)

You may try up to two strips from a 5-pack. If you’re unsatisfied, the remaining strips must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Returns or Exchanges: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your strips to start the process.
  • Eligible returns can be exchanged for another product or refunded as a store credit voucher valid for 12 months.

How to Return Strips:

  1. Contact us to request a prepaid return label.
  2. Package the strips securely in a bubble mailer or rigid mailer.
  3. Ship the item back within 5 days of receiving the prepaid return label.

If you have a special situation, let us know—we’ll work with you to find a resolution.


Tablets

You may try up to three tablets from your package. If you are unsatisfied, the remaining tablets must be unused and in their original packaging.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • You cannot consume all of your tablets and then request a return. To qualify for a return, at least 80% of the tablets must remain unused and in their original packaging.
  • Refunds for tablets are only available if the product was damaged during shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
