This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be read alongside our main Terms. By placing an order, you agree to the following shipping terms.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer live-rate shipping based on real-time rates calculated at checkout for both domestic and Canadian orders.
Shipping Method & Fees:
All shipping fees are based on live rates from USPS and UPS and will be displayed at checkout. Available options may include:
- USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days)
- USPS Priority Mail Express (2-day)
- UPS 3-Day Select
- UPS Next Day Air (Monday-Friday)
- UPS Next Day Air Saver (Monday-Friday)
- UPS Worldwide Express
- UPS Worldwide
- UPS Standard
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME IS CALCULATED BY BUSINESS DAYS (MONDAY – FRIDAY) WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS DO NOT COUNT TOWARDS DELIVERY TIMES. UPS NEXT DAY AIR INCLUDES SATURDAY DELIVERY FOR AREAS THAT ALLOW IT.
The main difference between UPS Next Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Saver is the estimated delivery time and cost:
- UPS Next Day Air: Estimated delivery by the next BUSINESS day AND SATURDAY! Our UPS Next Day Air Includes Saturday Delivery FOR NO EXTRA FEE!
- UPS Next Day Air Saver: Estimated delivery by 3–4:30 PM for commercial addresses and by the end of the day for residential addresses
By placing an order with Simply 7OH, you agree to the following terms:
Order Fulfillment
- We are committed to processing and shipping your order the same day it is placed, provided the order is submitted before 3:30 PM EST on weekdays and before 11AM on Saturdays.
- Once your package is handed off to the selected shipping carrier (UPS or USPS), Simply 7OH is no longer responsible for its handling or delivery timeline.
Delivery Estimates
- Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates generated by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
- Refunds will not be issued for orders that arrive later than expected, with the exception of UPS Next Day Air shipments. If a UPS Next Day Air package is delayed, we will issue up to half the delivery charge back in the form of a store gift card.
Lost Orders
- If your order is lost and never arrives, Simply 7OH will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis to determine if a replacement shipment is appropriate. An order will not be considered lost until 15 business days after order placement in the USA and 30 business days for orders to Canada
If the shipping carrier has marked the package as “Delivered” but you claim it is lost or stolen, Simply 7OH is not responsible for replacing or refunding the order. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve delivery disputes.
UPS and USPS delivery times are calculated in business days only. (Monday-Friday)
Weekends and holidays do not count toward the transit time.
Do you Ship to Canada?
Yes, we now offer shipping to Canada via USPS and UPS. However, please be aware:
- No re-ships or refunds will be provided if your order is confiscated or delayed by Canadian customs.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to understand any local import restrictions or additional costs due to importing before placing an order.
- Orders sent to Canada are NOT intended for human consumption. Orders sent to Canada are to be used for research purposes only.
- Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. Simply 7OH does not cover these charges, and they are determined by Canadian customs. If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid fees, a refund will not be issued.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
We do not ship to any location where kratom is restricted by local government regulations.
